Getting here
Äventyrsskogen is located at Sunnerstastugan in Sunnerstaåsen, about eight kilometers south of central Uppsala. Here it is close to the place where Fyrisån flows into Ekoln, the northernmost bay of Mälaren.
Car and parking
There are plenty of parking spaces directly adjacent to Sunnerstastugan and Sunnerstaåsen.
Bus
The green city bus line 8 goes to Sunnersta. Regional bus 101 stops at Sunnerstabacken. Always check the current departure in the UL app.
Electric scooter
We are working to expand the electric scooter zones to Sunnerstastugan. Check in the operator’s app if it is possible to finish the journey here.
Clothes and shoes
Choose clothes for movement and weather. Final equipment guidance is published along with the participant information.
Safety
All participants receive a safety briefing before the climb. With Saferoller you are continuously connected to the safety wire throughout the course.
Food and drink
Sunnerstastugan is close to the park with a cafe, grill and the possibility of food for groups.
Accessibility
Details about park accessibility, ground conditions and support for various needs are verified before opening.
Weather
Information about wind, thunder, rain and rebooking is published before opening.
Equipped for the adventure
Safe from ground to tree top.
Harness, helmet and a clear briefing are included in the planning. Saferoller follows the safety wire continuously through the course.
